When Can You Request a Replacement?

We offer free replacement if:

Your item was damaged during delivery

You received a defective product

You received a wrong item

To be eligible, please make sure to record a full unboxing video at the time of delivery as proof.

Replacement & Refund Not Accepted If:

No unboxing video is provided at the time of delivery

Product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition

More than 7 days have passed since delivery

Product was customized or personalized (unless damaged in transit)

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in specific cases, after proper verification:

Full Refund Will Be Issued If:

A replacement is not available or out of stock

Your order cannot be fulfilled due to courier or vendor issues

The delivery address is non-serviceable

Partial Refund for Customer Requests:

If you do not want a replacement for a damaged product, we’ll issue a 75% refund after the returned item passes our quality check. 

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval and are credited to the original payment method or bank account.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect address, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.
